Service Award
Available to all 8th-12th grade students in the Diocese of Columbus, including those attending public, private and Catholic schools, and those home-schooled.

Gertrude Kuehfuhs Music ScholarshipAdministered by the Diocese of Columbus to recognize outstanding instrumental and choral music students. Gertrude Kuehfuhs was a longtime member of the Columbus St. Joseph Cathedral choir, and a music teacher at The Ohio State University. Funds to be applied to tuition.Music students may participate by invitation only. Christine Wilson Memorial ScholarshipHonors the memory of Christine Wilson, BWHS Class of 2002, who died tragically in a fire at Ohio State University on April 13, 2003.Student who will attend Watterson and lives the qualities of citizenship, service, character, and the creative joyful spirit exhibited by Christine. Essay and 3 letters of recommendation.3/25/14 $2000 to St Brendan student;

Awarded annually to an active altar server from St. Michael School in grades 6-8. Granted to either St. Michael tuition or the student’s Catholic high school.A currently active

Allyson Marie Gross Memorial ScholarshipAwarded annually to honor the memory of former St. Michael School and Watterson graduate, Ally Gross. She passed away unexpectedly in 2009 at the age of 24 from an undetected heart condition. The scholarship’s purpose is to recognize and reward outstanding achievement in writing, which was one of Ally’s passions.8th grade St. Michael Student who is planning to attend Bishop Watterson High School. Klee Respect Life Service ScholarshipTo honor a parish 8th grader’s dedication to the protection and preservation of the dignity and sanctity of all human life.Recommendation from St. Michael clergy or staff. St Michael Athletic Association – Scholar Athlete AwardEstablished to recognize and reward top athletes who demonstrate exemplary attitude, effort, and success both in the classroom and on the field.
For student-athletes who are nominated by their coaches and who will attend a Catholic high school. Nominated students will be evaluated based on achievement in athletics, academics, and participation in school and parish activities. May only be submitted by nominated students4/11/14$7502 girls
