If you log in before February 11th at 8am
you will see
"There are no events currently available".
The St. Michael Parent/Teacher Conferences will be held on February 18th and 25th from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. We will be using an exciting internet based appointment booking system to coordinate your meeting times. You will use your browser to select which teachers you would like to meet and when.
Here are the instructions:
Go to the school’s website and click on “Parent Teacher Conference Sign-Up” link.
Register
1.
Enter your email address and a password and
push “Login/Create Account”.
2.
Fill in the required fields and register.
Scheduling
1.
Click on teacher(s) to schedule a conference
on the selected dates.
Each colored square represents an available meeting
time.
The legend shows you what teacher corresponds to what
color, and the times increase you go down the page.
Click on a
square to book that time.
2.
Type students name and click on “Create
appointment”
3.
Repeat until you have a time with each
teacher you’d like to visit with
4.
If you need to change or cancel your
conference time, log back in and check on “cancel”.
Sign In
If you’ve previously registered, all you need to do is enter your email and password. The system will know about your appointment and the children you added to your account.
Reminders
· At any time you can click on “printable schedule” and print the resulting web page to get a hard copy of your schedule.
· If you want to make changes to your schedule, you can log in at any time with your email and password.
· If you have more than 1 child in a specific teacher’s class, you will need to log out and login in for the other child.
Please Note:
if you make an appointment with a teacher that your
child does not have a class with, the appointment will be cancelled.
