To be eligible for tuition assistance you must fill out the FACTS Grant and Aid Forms online by March 15th.

In order to be considered for an endowment from St. Michael Parish, you must have first applied for the FACTS grant and aid. St. Michael will receive a list of families who have applied for tuition assistance from the Diocese of Columbus. Applications will then be sent out to those families who meet the criteria. Please check forms for due dates.
