Parent Notification Form

What is the St. Michael School Notification Program?

We implemented a program almost five years ago called the “St. Michael Notification Program”. This program is an emergency communications network designed to provide schools with the ability to contact parents in the event of an emergency with the click of a button or with one phone call. All messages utilize TTS (Text To Speak) software and are sent to up to seven separate contact point per family. These contact points may include a home phone, work phone, cellular phone(s), email, or PDA. Messages will be sent in both a voice and text version simultaneously.

It is our hope to be able to use this system in the event of school closures as well as school emergencies. In order to facilitate the system, we will need to gather the following data which will allow us to contact you in such emergencies.

The St. Michael Notification Program is different from our weekly communication from the school, the St. Michael Messenger. Please make sure that you have filled out both the Parent Notification Form and the St. Michael Messeger Form in order to receive both types of information from the school.
