The St. Michael Parent/Teacher Conferences will be held on Tuesday, February 18th from 4:00 pm – 8:00 pm and Thursday, February 20th from 2:00 pm – 6:00 pm.
Parent-Teacher Conferences are a wonderful time for parents to check on the progress of their child. In the past, it has been difficult for parents to schedule a time with all the teachers, leaving you with unanswered questions. In order to help you receive information, each parent will be able to sign up for a conference slot with his/her child’s homeroom teacher ONLY. By using this method, we are hoping to provide a conference slot for each family to meet with their child’s homeroom teacher and have their questions answered. If you do schedule a conference with another teacher, your conference will be cancelled.
Reminder: The site will go live and you may schedule your conferences beginning Thursday, February 13th at 8:00 am. If you sign in prior to this time you will receive a message that says “There are no events currently available.”
Beginning Thursday (2/13) at 8 am, you will be able to sign up until Monday (2/17) at midnight. After that, conference scheduling will be closed and no appointments will be able to be made.
We will be using the internet based appointment booking system Pick-A-Time to coordinate your meeting times.
