Parent/Teacher Conferences

The St. Michael Parent/Teacher Conferences will be held on Tuesday, February 18th from 4:00 pm – 8:00 pm and Thursday, February 20th from 2:00 pm – 6:00 pm.

Parent-Teacher Conferences are a wonderful time for parents to check on the progress of their child.  In the past, it has been difficult for parents to schedule a time with all the teachers, leaving you with unanswered questions. In order to help you receive information, each parent will be able to sign up for a conference slot with his/her child’s homeroom teacher ONLY.  By using this method, we are hoping to provide a conference slot for each family to meet with their child’s homeroom teacher and have their questions answered.  If you do schedule a conference with another teacher, your conference will be cancelled.

Reminder: The site will go live and you may schedule your conferences beginning Thursday, February 13th at 8:00 am.  If you sign in prior to this time you will receive a message that says “There are no events currently available.”

Beginning Thursday (2/13) at 8 am, you will be able to sign up  until Monday (2/17) at midnight.  After that, conference scheduling will be closed and no appointments will be able to be made.

We will be using the internet based appointment booking system Pick-A-Time to coordinate your meeting times.

Register/Sign In

  1. Enter your email address and a password and push “Login/Create Account”. Even if you were registered for the last set of conferences.
  2. Fill in the required fields and register.

Scheduling

  1. Click on the yellow highlighted text that says St. Michael February 2014 Conferences
  2. Click on teacher(s) to schedule a conference on the selected dates. Each colored square represents an available meeting time. The legend shows you what teacher corresponds to what color and the times increase as you go down the page. Click on a square to book that time.
  3. Type student’s first and last name and click on “Create appointment”.
  4. Repeat until you have a time with each teacher you’d like to visit with.
  5. If you need to change or cancel your conference time, log back in and check on “cancel”.

Reminders

  • If you have more than 1 child in the same homeroom, you will need to use another email address. If you do not have another email address, follow the directions at the bottom of the website.
  • At any time you can click on “printable schedule” and print the resulting web page to get a hard copy of your schedule.
  • If you want to make changes to your schedule, you can log in at any time with your email and password.

Junior High February Parent Teacher Conferences Reminders

  • These will be done by teacher/team request only
  • These conferences will be varying time lengths and signups will not take place online as usual – you should have received information regarding these conferences.
  • Mr. Hollern will still be able to meet with any parent who wishes to conference with him.

Please Note: If you make an appointment with a teacher that your child does not have a class with, the appointment will be cancelled.
